Thank you for shopping with Cannabis Cat! Every order is made especially for you, featuring our original characters and premium apparel.

Free Shipping

We offer FREE standard shipping on apparel orders within the United States.

Order Processing & Production

Our apparel is made to order through our trusted print-on-demand production partners.

Production typically takes approximately 2–5 business days, depending on the product and order volume.

Shipping & Delivery

After production, standard shipping typically takes approximately 3–7 business days within the United States.

Most orders are expected to arrive within 5–12 business days after being placed.

These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Holidays, weather, carrier delays, and high order volumes may affect delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Multiple Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages depending on production locations. Separate tracking information may be provided.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping information before completing checkout.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order enters production or ships, address changes may not be possible.

If your order arrives damaged, contains a printing defect, or appears lost in transit, contact us at support@smokerightmeow.com.

Please include your order number and photos when applicable.

We will investigate the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
