At Cannabis Cat, every shirt is made to order. We want you to love your purchase, and we're committed to helping if something goes wrong.

Made-to-Order Products

Because our products are printed specifically for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Ordering the wrong size or color

• Changes of mind or buyer's remorse

• Personal preferences after receiving an accurately fulfilled order

• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Please review our sizing information and order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, has a manufacturing or printing defect, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs showing the problem.

We will review your request and, when the issue is confirmed, arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Returns and Exchanges

We do not offer standard size exchanges or returns for non-defective, correctly fulfilled made-to-order products.

Please do not send products back without contacting us first. In most cases, photographs will be sufficient to review a damaged or defective item.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times vary depending on your payment provider.

Order Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. Once production has started, cancellation may no longer be possible.
